Unfair dismissal from service by PSB

The SBI service book is attached below. Please use it to understand the case. I would prefer a lawyer experienced in handling service matters of PSB, preferably SBI. The bullet points are: 1. I was on leave starting May 2017 to Dec 2017 for multiple health reasons of back pain, anxiety and depression. 2. After I went on leave, in an attempt to penalise me my account was held, amount deducted without authorization and SHA was cancelled by Branch Manager at the instructions of AGM. 3. I kept on informing RBO about my health status supported by medical evidence from time to time and wherever necessary. 4. I sent my Health certificate on 13/12/2017 as per instructions of CM, HR to further wait for response. For the next 3 months I waited and received no correspondence, even after reminders. My calls to CM HR and Manager HR, RBO 4 were rejected, SMS unanswered, letters not responded. 5. On 13th March 2018, I tried to report myself at my branch where I was humiliated and abused publicly by branch manager after he received a call from AGM. My reporting letter as well wasn't acknowledged DGM, AO 4 sided with AGM and laughed at my psychiatric illness, questioning its's authenticity. 6. After I regisitered complain at HR Sanjeevani, RBO started responding but only to harass me. They kept asking the already send documents again and again. Also, RBO threatened me to decide my future in the bank on the basis of my mental illness history. 7. After couple of exchange of letters and 3 months wait, finally in a correspondence from RBO in June 2018, I was asked to report to explain my absence. But, by the time, I was horrified and didn't wanted to report at a place where the controllers had ill intention and huge hostility towards me. 8. I reported it to AGM, HR, LHO Bangalore but they also routed me to seek my resolution at RBO itself, I reported it to the office of CGM HR in a faxed letter & email Mumbai asking for transfer to some other circle owing to threat and hostility perceived at current posted place. 9. I kept on sending reminder emails since to CGM HR and Sanjeevani to look into the matter as my family and I find me reporting to the accused itself for explanation and then working under an atmosphere where I am in constant fear of being targeted would not be an ideal banking environment for either of us. 10. They didnt budged at my request and neither did they took any action or investigated my complain of harassment and after 30 days passed, they served me with voluntary resignation notice from the office of GM, NW II, LHO Bangalore firing me stating voluntary resignation as cause. 11. I had registered a complain at Sanjeevani HR portal & CGM HR in a faxed letter & email against RBO and AO for harassment and discrimination on the basis of illness. My wait for justice was misconstrued as lack of interest to resume office. I had never intended to resign from job.
