Dear experts, November 2017 onward I bought a new bike of UNICORN-150 from a local dealer located in tamil nadu. Up to now it ran 4300 KM's. My main problem is 1) While running itself the engine will shuts off, then it is not at all will get start. 2) Abnormal heat: with in 10 KM's ride, the engine is getting very heat. For the above said issue, till now 4 times the concern service person came & got the bike for service. while that also, he was not able to ride it, instead he got a auto to carry the bike. out of these 4 times, they have returned the bike after completion of their services. But the issue is still. Finally 4th time we gave for the same, Now they have opened the engine also. Now i am not at all ready to get back the same, because few my submissions a) While riding itself the engine is getting off means, how shall i travel with full of confidence. b) Already they did their services up to 3 times. even after also the problem is in the same manner, how should i believe this level of service. c) for complaining about these issues, i have dialed to the customer care [deleted] up to 35 times. every time the call will get connect with any of one new supporter, more than 3 days their system are not in working level, whenever we called them, they are repeating the same as my system will be the issue, please call after 1 hour. This happening in the last 12 days itself. Again i have tried to the zonal office place in coimbatore,In zonal office, the security people only attend the calls. They will transfer the call to the concern officer. But till date i couldn't get the concern officer line for the past 6 days. Mean while i have interacting with the dealer also. Their comments very special. some one is telling as selling is their job, for service you have to contact only the service team. Dealer MD is committing as their manager will take your call, and one of the service person gave really such a good comment: that is above said problem are common to all, this is not such a big issue. For the past 15 days itself, bike is in dealer place only, i have clearly told to them as i am not in position to get back my bike. Now i am asking them to provide a new or return back my money or the report. In that report, i have asked them mention the redness of the bike and what are all the activities happened recently. Please provide the suggestion, how shall i get right solution from this.
