What can I do if divorce petition is fismissed

I am the wife who filed for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and fought for 6 years in lower court of my native place where the marriage took place, but judge dusmissed the petition disregarding the proof of mental, financial and emotional cruelty. I have a domestic violence case in the city of my cohobition with my husband which is still ongoing. My questions are: 1. If I challenge the judgement in the HC of my native city what are the chances of HC redirecting it to lower court again? 2. If HC takes it up will it directly listen to the final argument based on evidence or start the whole trial again? 3. How long such a case can drag in HC considering my husband dragged in in lower court for 6 years. I am already 40 year old and though I earn, I don’t earn enough to fight a case in HC for years, hence, the question. 4. If I don’t challenge the judgement in HC on the same ground, can I file a fresh suit under a fresh ground in the city I am currently residing at or the city of my cohobition with my husband? I live in a third city now and separated from my husband for the last 6 years. 5. What is the time frame for challenging lower court order in HC and for filing a fresh case on a different ground?
