How can I inhert the whole property from my grandfather??

My grandfather had 3 sons (all living) and 3 daughters (1 alive). The youngest of the sons was discarded from the family due to his bad character as had been stated in my grandfather's will in which he also happened to pass on his property to the only 2 grandsons he had, me and the son of the eldest brother. My grandfather has already mentioned that all his daughters are well settled in their families and need no share. While my father and his family(wife and children) has been living in this property since the beginning and taking care of the property, the eldest brother (my uncle) lives in England for more than 50-55 years and is well settled there. Neither my uncle nor my nominated brother has ever shown any interest for the development of the property but are unwilling to share it with me as it seems for 2 decades now. I wish to know if I can get hold of the whole property as it is getting into poor condition as I am not allowed to rebuild it on my own. To be honest, since my uncle and his family is not very fond of us and has only visited us 4 times since my birth (I am 25 years old now), each visit not lasting more than a month, and he doesn't want to share it with us but since my father and his inmediate family has been the sole caretaker of the property for nearly 40 years, I want to gain the ownership of whole of the property now.
