Under section 176 of U.P Zamindari abolition and Land reforms act 1950

Dear Sir, We are Hindu and having Case under section 176 of U.P Zamindari Act. My Father filed a case in 1986 for partition with his elder brother. On 19/03/1986 compromise signed by both parties. Important point: ancestral house of 12 dismil goes to uncle. For my father, a land of 26 dismil awarded (13 dismil for compensation and our 1/2 part of ancestral house). Before the compromise application verified by court and made a decree of the court, On 07/05/1986 my uncle placed objection in court saying the compromise was never read over to him, hence prayed court to dismiss compromise. In July 1989, the trial court dismissed the compromise. Revision filed infront of Board of Revenue in December 1990 which was again dismissed in December 1990. While passing the decision, Board of revenue recored that the respondant (uncle) coupld not be tied to the compromise if same was not voluntarily executed by him. Also reason given by court that the purpose of a compromise is to resolve a dispute between the litigating parties and alleged compromise filed by petioner in Case no.10 of 1986 would not resolve the dispute between the petioner and respondant but further aggravated the same. The above court dicison was challenged in high court by writ petition in 1991, revision filed by my father ( the petioner). On April 2018, High court decided the revision, and dismissed the writ petition as it lacks merits. Also directed the trial court to decide the Case no.10 of 1986. Further information: 1. My uncle died in 2000. His sons (5 nos.) are alive. My father is still alive and we are two sons. 2. My uncle purchased and made registry 1/2 part of ancestral house from my father on 17/05/1986 just after filing objection on the compromise. 3. After 1986, my uncle sold several land of his part. Their sons also sold so many lands. During sell, they never made party to my father. 4. We are currently having big house with garden in 26 dismil of land and having 100% boundry all around. We are living here since 1986. Question: 1. What is our possibilty to win ? I do not want to share 26 dismil to them as they are cheaters and always trying to harm us. 2. Can we prove or do we have a chance to valid the compromise ? 3. Can we ask court to cancell the sell deed of our ancestral house of 12 dismil sold by may father in 1986 ? 4. In case we loose, is there any law to give their 1/2 share at some other land ?
