Hotel operating in a residential area

I am a resident of Bangalore and am facing a problem. My residence is located on a road that as per initial plan was to have only residences on both sides of the road facing each other. But, recently some of the residents have sold their houses and buyers have converted those properties for commercial purposes. One such buyer has opened a kitchen of his commercial hotel on the bought property. The entrance of the hotel is facing an adjacent road or a road that is parallel to our road that is commercial. But, our road is part of a residential area. The kitchen is not a closed one and the entrance of the kitchen is completely open facing our road. This is causing lot of issues to the residents of our road. They are as follows :- a) Kitchen is opened during early hours and all the activities are started as early as 5 AM. There is lot of noise produced by this open Kitchen due to big cooking machines that are running. The noise is also produced by the big utensils that are used for cooking. There are several workers working in the kitchen who also interact very loudly b) Kitchen is closed late in the night all the activities are continued till late hours and all the activities mentioned above continue till late night c) All the raw materials into the kitchen are transferred that are in-bound are now being carried out from the back side i.e. this Kitchen including loading and unloading of cooking LPG cyclinders d) Workers working in the Kitchen have started parking their vehicles just outside the Kitchen entrance that causes inconvenience for easy movement of my vehicle in and out of my garage e) Lot of thrash is thrown out of the Kitchen into the roads f) Workers of the Kitchen have their lunch/dinner sitting outside the Kitchen on the stair cases making my families movements vulnerable to their observations g) Workers invariably talk very loudly and often very vulgar language, while having their lunch and dinner specially during late hours h) Lot of dogs/cats/rodents have started coming near the Kitchen in search of food and leftovers that are sometimes even thrown onto the roads i) Hotel waste produces rotten smell that is generally kept exposed outside the kitchens j) Waste collection by the corporation is also being done from our road now instead of collecting from the entrance of the hotel on the adjacent road h) Several commercial vehicles visit the Kitchen to deliver goods and services through out the day i) Water that is used to wash the Kitchen is spilled onto the road causing water stagnation and drenching adjacent to road which can lead to breeding of mosquitoes, flies and insects Questions a) Can corporation issue licenses to hotel to operate in the residential areas causing inconvenience to the general public b) Can this be challenged legally? c) If yes, what legal coarses are available d) If no, what can be done to face this menace introduced by the hotel owner who is operating with complete impunity?
