Possession of father's property

We have our paternal house in Bagmari, Kolkata, under Manicktola P.S. The house was purchased by my father in the name of my mother. My father died in June, 1994. Thereafter my sisters especially my second sister & her husband regularly created disturbance in our family using the age of my mother. They lodged fake complain to Manicktola P.S in the name of my mother and the concerned officer used to threaten me regularly and asked me to leave the house. This continued for several months. Even they have filed a case against me and my wife. Ultimately, we were forced to leave the house one night, keeping all the belongings of myself, our family and my wife brought during her marriage. While leaving,we kept under lock & key all our belongings in the first floor of the house. After some time , my second sister & her husband forcibly entered the house and broke the locks in the first floor to occupy the entire house. Thereafter they didn’t allow us to enter the house and I couldn’t meet my mother further. My mother died in 2004. They took complete possession of the house and enjoyed all goods & belongings of myself, our family and my wife. Please advise how can I get back the possession of my house including goods & belongings of myself, our family and my wife. Further, We have our paternal property including paddy land, house, pond and other properties In Burdwan, West Bengal which my father had inherited from my grand father. Please inform whether my sisters can claim any part/portion of our paternal property.
