delayed possesission and no compensation

Hello, I'm sharad sitaram onkar ,Nearly 4 years ago I was witness to my friends loan, as he acted fraud and didn't pay the loan amount hence the sum was deducting from my salary . in later stage the two banks from which the loan was issue to my so called friend decided to auction his flat which is in the same complex in where i reside , eventually I purchased the flat in auction for 18 lakh rupess . I took loan from a private financer on interest, I was promised by bank that the possesion will be given within 1 month ,which was later delayed up to 4 years , now that I got the possesion I have filed the case against bank for compensation of interest on the amount which I have paid during the auction ,but bank is not ready to issue the transfer paper to me as the want me to withdraw the case ,i have filed the case in district consumer court . finally to complicate things more the flat was sold to 2 more individuals by my friend and they have also registered for the same flat but I am the first person to register and I have officially purchased the flat in auction. so my question finally is 1)will I get the compensation amount? 2)Should I withdraw the case without compensation? 3)Will court take action against bank? as they will be not issuing transfer till i withdraw the case. 4) will the other two individual get the stay from court?
