Termination from Service

Dear All, I was working in reputed corporate. I had received call from HR (10.01.2018) from HO for termination of my service last working day will be 13.01.2018 and informed me to put paper on company site they will pay me till 10.02.2018. At that time I have informed my HOD for the same issue. As my HOD informed me to continue service and added that he discussed with higher authority and I will be safe till 31st March 18.He informed me that I have now breathing time to find the new job. After Discussed with my HOD I continued to service. Meanwhile during 11.02.2018 to 24.02.2018 I was on leave for Marriage(Approved by HOD). I have attained office as on 26.02.2018(25th Sunday).When I reached at home 26.02.2018 (night) I found F&F cover with Relieving,Experience & F&F letter with Cheque Amount till 10.02.2018. My questions are as mentioned below : 1) Without Putting Resignation they relieved me from Service. (I asked for Termination letter) 2) I worked till 26.02.2018, Hence I have asked for 16 days Salary.(Before Leave approved My Leave balance was 40) 3) My HOD took U turn and arguing that after 10th you are on leave then why asking for 16 days payment. 4) I have not handed over Company's Laptop and Data card. What Leagal action can I take? Please guide me.
