Disconnection of backup power gen-set, water line , intercom system

We are a tenants of a good apartment building with 78 flats . My landlord has multiple issues on the registered association who was demanding special funds and hence not paid these demands. The association had disconnected the DG power back up . Hence the land lord has filed police complaint and made a legal case . We have occupied the flat with out DG power back up ,but the land lord has provided a 4 hours back up UPS . First case the judge has advised to deposit the disputed amount and advised to pay monthly maintenance and contest the case , As the landlord was adamant in not paying the deposit the case was dismissed .The second civil case was also dismissed as the landlord lost interest in the case and due to ill health has not furnished the evidence when posted hence the second case was dismissed . As a tenant we have been paying the quarterly maintenance charges to the association regularly with out any defaults . Our three years lease also got over and extended to 2 more years . But the association capital cost and pending dues got accumulated to INR 1.33 lakhs and they were sending notices to the land lord and the tenant . Finally they have first disconnected the kitchen water line and intercom system in first week of December 2017 , The land lord is not budging to pay the capital funds and outstanding but we have come forward to settle the dues to the association to have a peaceful living and collect the same from our landlord after making payment . However during the course of discussion the association has once again disconnected one of the bathroom water line , They are asking us to pay additionally INR 20 K as spent for court cases of the landlord . Finally they are threatening us to disconnect the remaining 2 bathrooms line . This will leave is with no water supply . The President of the association has a personal vengeance and Ego issues on the Land lord and hence targeting the tenant to the maximum .Apart from the principle they are demanding another 1 lakh as interest calculated @ 24 % per annum which they say will decided on the coming AGM for waiver .failing which we have to pay the full. Hence please advise as a tenant we are not defaulter and can the association trouble the tenant for the old back log payment of the landlord ( 1.33 lakhs ) Nagendran Annamalai
