Tresspass and encroachment of open plot

Dear Sir Purchased Property i.e., open plot in the year 2005 from real estate company registered under companies act, 1956, as per title deed survey no. stated 98,99,111,112 and 113, where as per Gram Panchayat Layout my and all the neighbouring sorrounding plots who all purchased from above said company falls under survey no.96. in the year 2014 the all plot according to layout under survey no.96 has been encroached and trespassed even all the inside roads to reach plots been removed. By putting iron mesh wires leaving dogs inside. We have come to know that the party's who has given GPA's to the company for selling the plots under 98,99,111,112 and 113., has not done the GPA for the particular survey no.96. The same has been sold by the party (i.e,Owner of land who has given GPA for 98, 99, 111 ,112 and 113) to the local Central Govt. Employee who again sold to the Private Limited Company who is presently holding position under survey no. 96. What action can been taken and under which all section to claim the above property., Criminal or Civil case. For information recenctly my application to above plot been regularized and approved by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority - HMDA (State Govt. Organization) for the above said plot, but I have not paid the fees i.e., Rs,1.00 lac and witheld the payment as my plot encroached. Further the HMDA eProceeding contain the clauses that it cannot be made thirty party for any litigation and even taken indemnity bond from us while made application to HMDA for regularizing the unauthorized layout which is approved by Gram Panchayat. Kindly Help How to proceed.
