My 3 yr LLB results have been withheld. I would like to file a writ. How much time would it take?

Request to publish sixth and final semester results, which has been placed in RAL(results to be announced later) category. I was a student of three-year LLB course of Govt Law College, Ernakulam ( 2014-17 batch), register number (44100). I had appeared for the 2nd semester exams in November 2015. But my answer scripts (4 subjects) were not valued because college had erroneously placed me in the condonation list. And my results for two papers were declared. I have the mark list. I had repeatedly enquired about the results of the other papers and officials at the university had no answers. Thereafter, I appeared for supplementary exams held on January 2017 (register number 12636) and cleared the same. However, my 6th semester including final results were withheld and placed in RAL category. This is despite of clearing all the semester exam. I have been informed by the university that the answer scripts of my 2nd semester (November 2015), which was not evaluated for the last two years (four of the papers) for obscure reasons. It is being considered for valuation and the necessary orders appears to have been issued. It may be noted, that I have written the supplementary examination in January 2017 and passed. I have also been issued with the mark list, so it is not necessary to value the remaining answer scripts of November 2015 examination. II semester (Reg no 44100) Nov 2015 · Tort and consumer protection law-II (Total Marks-60) · Land laws (Total Marks - 51) II semester (Reg no 12636) January 2017 · Constitutional Law II (Total Marks – 64) · Contract II (Total Marks-55) · Family Law (Total Marks – 56) · Law of Crimes (Total Marks – 56) I have patiently waited for two years and should not be penalized for what the college and university officials have done. I met the controller of examinations Thomas John Mampara, who said enquiry would be conducted. Meantime, I should be able to enroll with Bar Council of India and also to join LLM (I am in the ranklist). I need my results to be released immediately as I have followed the procedure as was instructed to do by the section officer. My enrolment with Bar Council of India is pending this month end. And, there is no logical explanation as to why the university did not correct the papers for two-long years. Withholding of my results will also affect my admission to LLM. Hence, I request you to kindly publish my results. I have already spent more money in commuting to Kottayam than I did for doing the course, in addition to the mental trauma of not being able to get the LLB degree in my hand despite of clearing all my papers.
