Denial of Meeting with children amounts to cruelty. Can I file for divorce under these grounds?

Hi, I have the following queries. I am 34 years of age and was married in 2009 in Delhi. I am residing in Bangladesh presently and seek to intiate divorce proceedings against my wife. She exhibited cruel behavior towards me and my family (I'm not giving a detailed explanation of the instances at this point) and thereafter returned to india. During the period we had our first child and she returned to India in 2015 itself. Despite the fact that I've been routinely sending money for the upbringing of my child and her maintainance she refuses to let me meet our son. Its been two years and I still have not met my child. I am earning around 2.5 Lakhs a month while she is residing in Delhi and earning a salary of around Rs. 60 thousand a month . I have the following questions. 1) My marriage was not registered however it was completed as per the Indian Rituals which makes it valid. Since i left India, I do not have access or any records of my marriage. No photographs, no invitation cards, nothing and all of them are in the posession of my wife. Can i proceed filing divorce petition without these documents? Can i file an affidavit stating that all these are in the posession of my wife and she produce these alongwith her reply. Will the court maintain my petition? 2) I fully intend on fulfiling my duties as a father and want to provide for the education of my child. I have an apartment in my name which I want to give in the name of my child without allowing my wife the right to sell the property and it should be transfered to him at 18. Is this possible? Alongwith this flat worth 55 lakhs, I also want to pay her an amount of 15 Lakhs as full and final settlement. 3) Once the divorce proceeding is complete and if i am able to obtain divorce. In case my wife files an application for maintenance, despite having paid her the aforementioned amount, will i still be bound to pay her maintanence monthly? Or will the settlement amount in the divorce decree hold weight. Please advise.
