Can I sue an institution and get my fees refund , if they don't meet what they had promised?
Hi, I am an MBBS doctor who enrolled in a certification course in Kolkata , in one of the corporate hospitals.
I took it up , as they had given a brilliant prospectus and vision how they will guide me throughout the course so that we can succeed even the UK exams.
But as I started there, everyday it got worse.
No proper classes.
No fixed salary date, sometimes the stipend used to come after 2 months.
No teaching for UK exams.
Everyday humiliation at work.
Teachers with very inadequate basic knowledges.
No schedule for departmental rosters as it was written in prospectus.
9 months gone now, and I realised I have learnt nothing but doing cheap labour everyday. For which MBBS graduates probably would charge 80k to 1 lakh, we do it at a rate of 35k.
That too the fees they have taken at the beginning was 70% of the whole course.
And the mental torture from this humiliation is huge
Some months I have received even 72 hours per week as duty , against we were told only 48 hours a week.
Now I want to withdraw of this course. What is the procedure and what is the chance of getting some refund out of this stupid stupid course?
