My manager has told me to shift from International Marketing to Domestic dept.

My Manager informed me that he is shifting me to Domestic from International dept. related to my small mistakes which i made in email that was a spelling error and a grammar mistake. I informed him that i will not move to domestic dept. As i was hired for international dept for International patient coordinator, also i was doing very well in that. One day he called for a meeting a told i don't have any other option rather than to change your position. I was in so much shocked for this reason he is change me and de-promoting me. I told i will resign from my post, then he asked me today or tomorrow?. Like he wants me to kick out of the office immediately. I was so emotion at that point of time. i cried and asked for 1 hr time for me to think. he did not ask me to serve the notice period also. I thought to resign with immediate effect, but before putting my resignation letter i asked weather my exp letter n relive letter other full n final settlement be given. He told not to worry that will be provide, because its not termination. If it was termination then everything will be violated. So i trusted his words and resigned from that company. Now when i am calling HR dept. for exp letter they are saying they will send me a bill for recovery amount which i have to pay to the company because i have not served the notice period. What to do in this case ? I even i asked 2 month salary as a compensation that also i am not getting. What to do in this case?. I don't have a job now and not getting my full & final settlement and exp letter.
