Divorce where wife earns higher

Hi, Me and my husband are both divorcee and this is our second marriage. My first marriage ended because the guy was physically abusive, My current husband apparently ended husband first marriage because his wife was not having a good career. She was unemployed and he had to pay alimony of some lakh. Note that I didn't take a single penny as alimony from my first husband. Now coming to second marriage, My husband's mother is a toxic widow who always brainwashed and caused us to fight. My current husband and his mother is an uncultured , uncivilized people and he is also a gold digging loser who married me because I earn more than him. That was husband way of getting back the money he lost in first marriage. I didn't know this before hand, but I had enough of their harassment. My current husband even verbally abused my father which was final straw to me. He is a drunk abusive failure in life whose mother didn't raise him well. I have left him and stayed separately since 7 months. While getting married he worked at Accentrue earned somewhere around 10 lakh and I earned 18. After few months he got a job at Capgemini and started earning almost same as me , from what I checked his message. 1. Will I be forced to pay since I earn more? His father was a late bank employee with good pension, he is only son and they even have owned house. 2. What if he purposely quits his job to beg money from me? Can I do the same too. In that case since both are unemployed, who has yo pay? 3. He has engineering degree and an online IIM , so even if he loses job he has potential to earn right? 4. What if he becomes handicapped or something and can't earn? Note that I don't want any alimony for myself. But I am not interested in feeding quite well off greedy gold digging shameless person. And if he has started earning more, how can I get proofs of his earnings and qualifications degree etc. I am okay with mutual divorce.
