Property share

Dear experts, We have some lands in the name of my grandfather which has partitioned in 1970. This land was not a self acquired property of my grand father, but contains self acquired property of my grandfather's father in one survey number as well as inherited from his ancestors in another one survey number. May be from my grandfather's grand mother and so on and whose original acquisition is not known. My grand father expired on 1990's. Now my aunt (sister of my father who got married in 1977), demands share in this property and they are not in a position to accept lands sold separately and received money solely by her when our grandfather was alive. I heard that as per the latest amendment of supreme court, my grandfather has to be alive until Sept. 09, 2005. in order to get my aunts that property. Since this is neither my grandfather's self acquired property, nor purely an ancestral property, as my grandfather's grand mother came into picture, 4 male lineages has not satisfied, also got partitioned in 1970 by my grandfather, how this will workout. Kindly advise.
