My wife not stay with me by her unstable behavior
When I got married (2012) my wife was unstable in my home / matrimonial home, she goes many times to her parents home in last 5 years, lots of interfere from her family to till date with me, after my deep observations she not happy with marry me & avoid me & left me, she also called me many times only her family force to marriage. I think they motive to get married and left immediate basis & getting alimony later & pre-planned for all such things. in the middle of this i call firstly on 100 number of police helpline in 2014, but when there officer followup with me, same day her parents crossed false complaint against with me & later many times they did it. in last 5 years she goes to stay her parents home by 6 months-by-months in parts & come again & returned many times, in between years I go many times for compromise personally but they refused, then I lodge HMA section 9 RCR in district session court & after 1 year on 10th January 2017 they arrange meeting in her lawyer’s house & processed one compromise letter in front of judge by sign both lawyers & approved by court. After completed 10 months diwali comes & we both goes to her village & return in 3 days, but her behavior was changed & only single day she with me & make fake drama of violence by law, she want to lodge 498 against us, but after deep checking by officer & my child witnessed - after officer is recognize, he refused her accusation, next day her father & mother took her & goes to village in the presence of officer, but I have no proof for this, after that 25.10.2017 to till date she live with her parents in her village & how I prove it, if I go in the court, in between this my child is in nursery std in English school for 2017-18 & i called continuously on mobile for about his education to father in law but he avoid it, that's why my child can’t attend first term exam was held on 23.11.2017 ( three days ) by his school, then I send one legal notice by local lawyer & they very clever minds, they not stay in home mention by postman on RPAD - 5 days continuous happen & notice returned...now she also comes again anytime to matrimonial home for start conspiracy & goes again by law create false complaints & such things against me. my lawyer says next we lodge direct divorce + child custody….but I have no money for that….now I wait & thinking, if I do that, automatically her parents can crossed & force to lodge alimony & maintenance for both (my child & wife), they did it at time of RCR section 9 - that’s it, I’m not able to paid for ?....in the running of this five years, they very well known, weakness of my economy & she makes many things which is nothing share to me, when she stay with her parents – education + issued many more things...& after compromise she came only for - delete proofs which is related to her which i found later , also she damaged & lost some things….I suffered mentally, physically, socially & economically – every time by them !! they are very strong by overall.
