Do Resign or get termination from company.

I am seeking your advice on my job I am Sangeeta Rana, lives in Delhi and working with Ashirvad Pipes Pvt Ltd, Located at Bangluru. I am working with their Depot located at Ghaziabad. Last month one incident happen in our Ghaziabad depot (In Depot since Apr 2016 to till Aug 2017. Its matter of Rs.100 difference in per transporter freight entry. E.g. transporter sends their small tempo on based of provide us Rs.300/- receipt, while we debited Rs.400/- to Distributor and same charged of Rs.400/- from petty cash. Actually its happened as we had two transporter, one is provide us small tempo @ Rs.300, another one provide us small tempo @ Rs.400/-.So, avoid this dispute of Rs.300/Rs.400, we depot people including authorized signatory mutually has decided earlier in April 2016 that we will debited Rs.400/- to all Distributors to avoid dispute and same claimed from depot petty cash(We claimed Rs.400/- on based on debited Invoices) Whatever difference amount balance with cashier, utilize depot’s other miscellaneous expenses, most of time it’s adjust with not debited Auto charges. This was continuing since Apr 2016 to Aug 2017. Total entry was made during this period is one transporter which has provide us auto @ Rs.300/- is 122 nos. So, total difference amount is Rs.12200, maximum Rs.15k.Myself cashier, and we are never consider cash receipt/Bill of Rs.300/- which was issued by transporter to us for claim. We claimed Freight/Cartage charges based on debited charges to Distributor and voucher has signed by me as cashier and by authorized. This incident has come Company’s knowledge, when one Head office staff has come for Audit. And found few transporter receipt with mentioned Rs.300/- which was purposefully provide by our senior staff/authorized signatory to target me. After that four staffs including me was getting their October '17 salary hold. On 8th of November our HOD was come at Ghaziabad depot and had a one of one discussion. Matters accepted by everyone as its mutual/well know by our Depot mangers and other senior staff. By November 13th all of three staff gets released their salary& incentive except me. After that on 14/11/17 when I was asked about my salary and incentive to our respected HOD sir, he told me for do resignation. I was shocked and feeling lost from that day. I am not even able to understand my fault for such decisions made for me by my seniors. When all of my colleagues got released from that issue, only I am found guilty. Is this happened with me being a female staff? It’s very painful and mentally harassed for me. I am apologizing verbally/writing 2-3 times but still forcing me for resignation, daily I am getting force to resign myself from my HOD, otherwise company will terminate me charged fraud cause and I will lost my 2 month salary (Oct & Nov) and incentives(2016-2017). HR department not help me in this issue as they are saying its HOD decision. T
