Grandchildren claim on grandmother property - maha

Hi , 1. Female 'X' gets property 'P' by court order of year 1996. (This court order is based on the compromise petition signed by Female 'X' and her sibling as it is ancestral property to them). 2. 'X' has a son say 'Y' 3. 'Y' has 3 sons , 2 daughters (grand children of X) 4. during 2001 , 'X' (aged 70 yrs) sells property to 'B'. 5. when this sale was made , 2 grand sons , 1 of the grand daughter were minor. and same is mentioned along with 'Y' as natural guardian in the sale deed. 6. except minor all others (X , Y , major son and his wife , major daughter) signatures were taken and sale deed is registered. 7. now in 2017 , all minors (plaintiff) has filed a petition (under order 7 rule 1 of CPC 26) for share. The defendant are (Y - father , Ys Wife [mother] , Brother [who was major when prop sold] , Sister and 'B' - buyer. do all minors (grandchildren) NOW have rights on grandmother's property share even though grandmother and their father jointly sold the property ?
