Harassment post purchasing Mahindra xuv 500

Hi , this in regard to my vehicle xuv 500 which I bought in 2012 . The vehicle has gone to the workshop 40 times in these years . Since the inception faced numerous issues which were casually taken at the dealership and hence escalated to the manufacturer. While there were loads of issue which were highlighted the Mahindra guys kept replacing the parts . However one issue which was the vehicle pulling issue till date wasn't resolved and now when I showed the vehicle they are saying tyres have worn out and need to replace them to rectify the issue . Till date they never were able to detect or diagnose this issue And when vehicle which again has run less than 50 k they are passing the buck on the customer . I have written to Mahindra however same version is coming from them as well . The dealership never ever accepted this issue and took it casually all the time and lately have put this reason on board . The history of repairs in the vehicle is phenomenal and I had asked to get the vehicle exchanged or pay the money back which I was told they will get all these things corrected . As a consumer wanted to check if this is a correct thing that u make a defected piece and then the customer has to always go and get the parts replaced . Go through harassment all the time . Now of tyres . This vehicle initially had all these issues and can be seen at all the complaints of the customer . Pls suggest how I can get relief since they are cornering me on technical aspect of tyres,an issue which was there when the tyres were brand new and had run only 13500 km . Mahindra cs team is involved and not sure that they will help me .pls suggest what options I have to end this harassment post I bought this vehicle ,I have all mail communications send to the manufacturer
