Sir mere father ke pass rentshop hai jo ki 1970 me with security (pagri) per li thi uske baad 1999 mein father car accident mein expire ho gae, uske baad mumi aur mein shop pr baithne lage aur rent bhi timely pay kiya, uske baad before 3 years pehle mera accident hua fracture ho gaya jis wajah se dukan open nahi kar sake aur fir mumi ko bhi legs mein naso ki problem ho gai woh chal nahi pathe the unhe neuro surgeon ne operate ke liye bol diya, pr hm rent timely pay kar rahe the, in the mean time owner ne building ek proeprty dealer ko sale kar diya, property mein owner first floore per rehta hai, aur ground floor pr ek shop hmare pass rent pr hai aur dusri kisi aur ke pass since 1970. is shop ke sath ek hmari own shop bhi hai jo ki mere bade bete ke pass hai usne father ki death ke baad le li, ab rent shop kafi time se close hai due to illness aur new owner jo ki property dealer hai woh notice bhejkar shop ko 15 days mein kahli karne ko keh rha hai.aur likh rha hai ki hmne use rent bhi nahi diy a isliye srar rent aur shop khali karo 15 days mein. jabki hum kahi baar uske pass gaye ki aap rent toh lelo, wo keh ta mene rent nahi lena mujhe shop khali cahie, mene new building bnanai hai, mein property dealer hu. please advice me ki mein widow lady kya karu ki mere husband ki nishani yeh shop mere pass rahe aur mein uska rent deti rahu ya bank se loan lekar use buy karlu , but woh kehta hai khli karo 15 days mein, bahut bara badmass hai yeh proeprty dealer
