I was being discharged by the treating Doctor from your Hospital on 23.03.2022 but due to non-payment of the required bill amount, I was forced to stay back and officially got discharged on 29.03.2022. As on the date of my official discharge i.e. 29.03.2022, there was an unpaid bill amount of Rs.6,25,576/- (Rupees Six Lacs Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Six only). During my discharge procedure on 29.03.2022, I have been forced to sign on one Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) which was treated as an Undertaking that the said amount shall be paid by me along with a cheque being No. 375087 dated 29.03.2022 on State Bank of India, Raiganj branch of Rs.6,25,576/-. At the same time, there was a verbal discussion with you that you would not drop the said cheque for encashment without my instructions since I was unable to the payment of the said amount without the help of the sanction from the Insurance Company which is better known to you. And for my convenience, you have provided me such time and assured me that the said cheque would not be deposited for encashment without my instruction and if it is so, then the said cheque would be dishonoured and you would proceed for legal action against me. In the meantime, while I was in your Hospital, my Health Insurance company did not provide me proper cashless opportunities due to several mistakes drawn by your Hospital as well as my Health Insurance company. Moresoever due to your illegal source of obtaining money by way of unethical bills, I was being forced to serve a complaint towards the Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission which finally came to an end after your Hospital offered me some discounts in order to retain your side from being an offender in the eyes of law. Thereafter a few days ago, Mr. Rajendra Ram from your Insurance Desk suddenly called me and informed me that the aforesaid cheque would be deposited for encashment on 25.04.2022 as per the instructions from his superior. But in accordance with the discussion with you, this deposition of the cheque is unethical and immoral since you have assured me to not to deposit the cheque without my instructions. Now since I do not possess sufficient amount, the said cheque would be dishonoured and you will intentionally take legal action against me in order to harass me with malafide intention. On the other hand, I being an ethical and wise person have never proceeded to harm the good
