What punishment will be given in case IPC 364?

A man allegedly got his mother abducted for grabbing her property worth Rs 12 crore. He then filed a complaint against his maternal uncle, blaming him for her disappearance. Though the man and another accomplice have been arrested, the woman is still missing. During investigations, police found that the woman's son Deepak Agarwal along with his two accomplices got his mother Kamlesh abducted from their house at Pallavpuram area here on March 22. On Saturday, acting on a tip-off, one the accused, Vinod, was arrested from Palheda area. During interrogations, Vinod said his mother used to work at Deepak's house, so Kamlesh knew him. On March 21, he met Deepak and his accomplice Salim to plan the abduction. He was promised Rs 5 lakh for the job. Vinod said as per the plan, he and Salim went to the house when neither Deepak nor his mentally-challenged brother were at home. Kamlesh let the duo in as she knew Vinod and offered them tea. They rendered her unconscious and abducted her. They then called Deepak from his mother's mobile and demanded Rs 50 lakh as ransom. After his arrest, Deepak told police, "After my father's death, my mother became the sole owner of a property worth Rs 12 crore. But despite owning a fortune, she did not let us have a good lifestyle. In fact, I was unable to make any money transactions without her nod. This is why, I planned her abduction." A case has been registered against the trio under IPC section 364 (kidnapping or abducting in order to murder) Police are searching for Kamlesh, Efforts are also on to arrest Salim who is at large. If the main accused Salim tells that he has destroyed the body and the body will not be found, then what punishment will be given to Deepak Agarwal?
