Manufacturing deflict

I have purchsed Bajaj 200 ns on 9 jun 2017. On the 1st day itself i had found a deflict in brake shoe. while i was go to home the back brake has got jammed and it stoped suddenly in the midlle of the road. Then the showroom members had fixed the problem. Then after 10 days i had faced issue on gear shifting still now they had not fixed the problem and still didnt receive the bike. On friday they had delivered the bike again with the same problem. Now i was helpless i didnt know what to do now. Just 10 days i had used the bike and rest of the days the bike was in showroom.Still they are saying that they are fixing the problem. It is about 21 days still didint received my bike. I had filed a complaint on the Bajaj customer care and even i had a response. But without they fixing the problem they had returned the bike on friday 21 jul 2017 . on that day itself i realised the problem had not fixed and returned the bike to service again on friday evening itself. Is there is any chance to replace the bike or get back my money back.
