Jurisdiction of court

My son who is resident of Delhi married married an Canadian citizen at yamuna nagar, haryana, where also their marriage was later registered immediately after marriage as she and her parents gave their residence proofs. she tayed with us in delhi in two short spells, first for just 15 days after marriage and then she left for canada alongwith her parents. They all are canadian citizens for last 15 years, she has done her studies and also working there continuously for last 9 years. On her second visit she stayed with us for a month or so and by that time my son also got immigration to canada since she has sponsored him as spouse. they both left us to start their new life in canada. my son alongwith her wife were residing with her parents home. Due to some reasons he was thrown out of there house after few weeks of his stay. He took shelter in Gurudwara and reported the matter to police. Next day poilce took him t his in laws house where in presence of all his belongings were packed and there was no violence. Since we are old couple in our sixties living alone in delhi, my son has warned us about his in laws and her wife's malafide intentions of framing false cases against us, as such we immediately gave a complaint/itimation to our local police station telling them in case she comes to our house we wonot allow her to enter our home and would seek police help. After 4-5 months we got summons from kurukshetra courts that she has filed a case against us in DV act 12 , wherein she narrated all lies that she came to our home and stayed for a night and we beat her and she left for kurukshetra where she was mediaclly examined in a Pvt hospital blab blab.. and now she is residing with her relatives. she in her complaint with court mentioned her temporary address as kurukshetra and contact address as canada. she has mentioned that she or her parents have no residential accommodation even before marriage and after marriage too hence present address of her relatives is her temp residence, whereas at the time of registering marriage they all have given affidavits of their being resident of Yamuna nagar. Any ways as she never came to us after my son was thrown by them in canada, she only came here to harass us since my son is still in canada, she or her parents never tried to know about him nor they ever contacted us. Further after filing case, she left for canada and its almost 2 years, she has not turned up. Since notices were not served to all respondents especially my son in canada, the case didnt move ahead. Recently my advocate has challenged the case on account of jurisdiction. As per my knwledge I have gone through Hon. Sh. S.N.Dhingra's judgement that a women who seeks temporary or claims a residence to be temporary residence needs to live there till the complaint under section 12 concludes. Needs valuable views of learned advocates in this forum.......plzz
