Illegal job termination

Worked for 11 months for a reputed Indian listed business group. Immediately after demoneytization sales drops, management immediately decided to withdraw all positions of my level. Head office representative came for review around 24th November, on 28th November my reporting boss wrote a mail seeking clarifications on the observations and to reply within 48 hrs. I made a detailed reply and reverted within 48hrs, I.e. before 12 noon on 30th November. 2017. At around 4 pm HR manager enter my room and asked me to resign, which I refused and want to talk to my reporting manager. As per HR, management had decided this so I don't have any choice but to resign, which I refused looking at my relocation expense on children admissions and other expenses done for joining this company from NCR to Kolkatta. Finally they issued termination letter stating the management is not happy with my performance so my services are terminated with immediate effect. The company is in profits but have pressure from stake holders to increase profits. So to increase the profit they cut jobs leaving over 20 employees starving. To protect there future all the employees had resigned except me. We applied with lot of companies but looking at the current economic situation positions are kept on hold. Now it's difficult to run my household. Can companies for the sake of showing profits sack employees? Is it true that private employees cannot file case for human right violation on there employers? Is low don't consider private job workers as humans? If nothing happen, can't I demand unemployment wages equvilant to my salary from the government? Because of government policies money circulation stoped in the economy resulting dried sales and penic situation amoung investors. Pls suggest.
