Breach of Terms and Trust by a Pvt. Ltd company in Mumbai

I am a 42 year old unmarried female based at Mira Road, Mumbai working as a freelance recruiter working from home. I work on small scale basis catering recruitments services to few clients. My case is related to one of my Mumbai based client "Interex Arch Designs Pvt Ltd" situated at 658,Kailash Nagar,Office No 3, Tardeo Road, Mumbai - 400 007. whose Proprietor name is Mr. Aftab Moon. In April 2015, their HR Manager Mr. Shyam Sehgal approached me via mail to hire my services. I immediately responded them with my commercials and terms which stated that if they select my referred candidate then they should pay me 8.33% of annual CTC fixed with the selected candidate within 30 days of candidate joining their company. This was accepted and agreed by Mr. Shyam via mail. Recently in April 2017, their Chief Accountant Mr. Narayan Soni contacted me again to find an Accountant for their Mumbai based office. I immediately searched and referred one suitable male candidate to him. He was immediately called for interview and was selected by them. The candidate joined their company on 5th May 2017 with a yearly salary of Rs. 1.80 lacs p.a. (Rs. 15000/month). Hence i raised my Invoice to them of Rs. 15000/- to be paid to me within 30 days. I sent them a reminder before due date and i was told to wait till 10th June. I again called on 13th June for payment. This time their Chief Accountant Mr. Narayan Soni asked for my Bank details which i immediately provided by mail. Late evening i got a message from my Bank that Rs. 10000/- is been credited. I was shocked. All this time during my interaction process, nor Mr. Soni and anyone from their office informed me (intentionally) that they will not pay my full amount. I was never informed from start to finish and not even after receiving my Invoice, that they will not pay my full amount. I called him for explanation but to my shock, Mr. Soni, spoke very rudely and aggresively that i should not expect anything more and should accept whatever is been paid. I feel cheated and helpless. This is utterly breach of terms and trust to me. Hence i am compelled to write to all concern to help me to get justice of my hardwork. It is a matter of injustice to me and everyone when any individual or any company thinks that he/they can cheat and commit fraud with any woman and walk away easily assuming that woman is weak and cannot fight for her rights. Please help me as this is the only means of my livelihood of survival. Yours truly, Amisha Sanghavi Mira Road, Thane Maharashtra Mobile - [deleted]
