Music-related activity space for commercial use in residence

Greetings, I would appreciate your professional opinion on the following subject: I have a 900 sqft space in the basement of my house, which is in a residential neighbourhood in Bangalore. This space is soundproofed professionally and I intend to use it for the following purposes: 1. Small concerts (seating max 50 people) 2. Live recordings of these concerts 3. Renting out for music classes, discussions and workshops 4. Private music lessons Do you see any legal issues in the way of pursuing these ideas? I have identified the following potential issues such as: 1. Neighbours opposing the gathering of many people once a week (weekends). 2. Lack of parking space (have made a proposal to decline invitations to those who bring their own cars, will only allow entry to people who have arrived by carpool or public transportation). 3. Noise (will not allow noise outside soundproofed area). 4. Loitering (will strongly prohibit loitering post performances or meetings). 5. No narcotic substances or alcohol will be served or tolerated within the premises. The larger concerts will only be held on weekends and will be terminated by 11:30 pm as per Bangalore entertainment regulations. Do let me know how I may proceed to establishing this business and how to avoid any legal complications in this matter. Please inform me about any permits that I may have to obtain to carry out the following, or any other legal steps I have to follow. Thank you very much for your time and attention. Best wishes, Samhita
