Flipkart is not refunding my money

Dear Sir, I bought an bluestar AC on 8th May, 2017 and the AC was delivered to me on 9th May, 2017. The bluestar technician tried installing the ac on 16th May, 2017. Though installed, but failed to start and updated us that the AC outdoor unit was non-working and has to be replaced. We updated Flipkart. Flipkart emailed that the issue will be resolved by 18th May. It did not happen. On multiple email and post, they came back and told the will resolved it by 21st May. Again nothing happened. We again sent emails. They came back and told us that they will surely do it by 24th May. Again nothing happened. I tweeted Kalyan Krishnamurthy and request assistance. On that Flipkart team promptly came back and called me twice accepting their fault and assuring that they will resolve it by 29th May, 4:30 pm. But yesterday, they cam back and told me it will take another 48 hours. I agreed. But today morning they came back and updated me that they will resolve this by 1st June, 2017. Now this is really harassing. I lodged a complaint in consumer forum and called them. They told me to send them a complaint email and wait for 10 business days. But before I proceed I need legal advice on this.
