Death of married woman by burns

A working woman set herself ablaze at matrimonial house. Her parents lodged case against in laws u/s 498A,302,34. They alleged that the deceased gave her parents an oral statement that all her in laws have burnt her while the truth is that she had 87% burns and could give statement neither to the doctor nor to the police. They also leveled vague and general allegations of torture and harassment. They alleged that everyone wanted the deceased and her husband to vacate in laws house that's why they tortured her.I mean, is that a reason enough for court to believe to torture someone? The husband of deceased is already in judicial custody for more than 3 months. The case diary altered the charges from 302 to 306 as the police could not get any evidence. All people from neighborhood are directly or indirectly in support of the in laws. The final diary is awaited. How strong is our case? My specific question is that the two of the in laws comprise of my parents also who have nothing to do with this and live separately too. What at their chances?
