Builder not giving required papers to bank and forefeoting money

Dear sir I had bought a property in 2010 in Gurgaon by paying 10 percent token amount. In 2012 they sent the demand after gap of two years and I took loan from LICHFL. This bank approved loan and disbursed 10 percent more and I further made 20 percent payment against other subsequent demands. Then they never demanded any money till 2015 Jan ! In Jan 2015 they send a total demand of 40% together and when I went to LIC for disbursal they denied saying builder doesn't have required documents being asked for. This builder said they are working on it and will provide but they kept matter hanging till 2016 march which is more than an year. In march 2016 they said they will not give any document asked by LIC as dispute with LIC and so I should take loan now from HDFC or Indiabulls only which reportedly has invested in this builders project. I insisted for LIC only as government undertaking bank it is and if asking papers builder should have no reason to deny it and under suspicion I never made any further payments to them. Now in 2017 they have added huge interest amount and saying either take loan from bank suggested or they will forefront the complete money till date paid to them !! I am a service class and it's not a banana republic still don't know how to handle them and take my money back as I don't want this property as I have also come to know that projects partial entitlement deed is not done as land owner has not given them rights under demand of more money per acre of land now. With high hopes and high regards I have come to you for a legal opinion that will I have to forgety life savings ???!? There is no law in this country who can ask them to pay us back our money as they defaulted to our bankers and also delayed the project by more than two years now ? Pls suggest and oblige us Yours truly Amit Delhi
