Dispute in a house contructed in fathers land

Dear Sir, My grandfather property was partitioned between their sons and my father received his land share. Now we(Myself, Brother and Sister) are for my father. In my fathers land I as an individual has applied LICHFL housing loan and constructed a house as a joint loan account(Myself and Father-since land is in fathers name) and I am paying the EMI from my account. All legal documents and payment are made in my name. Loan sanctioned with my account papers and disbursed to my account. Each month EMI is debited through ECS from my bank account. My father does not pay any. Now my brother and sister claims they have share in the house value also. 1) I would like to know as per law although Site belongs to my father(I am Ok to pay the land share to them). House purely constructed by me and after 15 more years I would have end up paying close to 70Lakhs for 37 lakhs loan taken. Down the time do I need to give house value share also distributed between all of them? 2) Do they have rights to claim the house value from me although I paid the entire Loan EMI from my account. 3) Down the time if they claim for partition will I be need to give the land value alone to others(Brother, Sister, Father) or my house value will also to be considered? Can you please suggest how this can be handled with our Law. what measures I need to take to avoid any conflict down the time. Regards Arul
