First time registration

I have purchased a new apartment in Bangalore from a reputed Developer/Builder. I executed the Land Sale and Construction Agreements on my name with the Developer/Builder and they were registered in Nov 2012. So far, I have paid 75% of the total price (land and flat cost). The flat is nearing completion. I want to get the Final Sale Deed by the Builder registered directly on my unmarried daughter's name (completed Age 26 in June 2017). I consulted with the Builder and have executed / registered in Dec 2016 both Agreements reflecting my daughter as the First name and me as Second name. The remaining 25% is being paid from my daughter's account. Funds are basically from parents earned as NRIs. I have been paying 1% of the instalment payments as TDS on my PAN. In the recent submission of Form 26QB, I have stated "Buyers as More than One". How do I go about this matter? Can daughter pay the 1% TDS on her PAN for the remaining 25% payments to the Builder or continue this on my PAN? Can Sale Deed be registered on my daughter's name, without my name as a Buyer? Can we mention on the Sale Deed that 75% payments were made by mother with her PAN? Is a Release Deed needed between me and the Builder authorizing them to register the Sale Deed to my daughter and should this be registered? Kindly advise.
