Irregularities in attendance

Iam in wipro and serving bond period of 2 years which is going to be completed in june.But complaince team asks me to ressign because they think i have filled efforts without swipe in/out but that is wrong i came to office but machine was not working fine i asked them they check in video footage but they are saying this issue is for october to march so they do not have any footage . They asked me for the enquiry with HR head to prove innocence otherwise ressign.But i don't have proof of that dates because its about 5 months old data. But yes i can asks my two collegeous to confess them in front of them that i was present on those dates. I asked security team access comtrol team they too don't have any proof that confirms weather i was in office or not. *I want to ask that weather it would be suffiecient? *Can they terminate me on the basis of that attendance machine which is prone to errors.(Sometimes it doesn't capture data properly) *They are also forcing me to ressign withoit any experience letter.They will give me relieving letter only. *Please suggest what should i do to avoid damages.
