Petition under Section 9 of HMA

Respected Sir/Madam, I am made up my mind to submit a petition under Section 9 of the HMA and i am sure that i will file it in the coming days. It is my humble request to please guide me whether i have to include whatever bad happened to me since i got married and that my life is on a downward slide due to my wife's egoist and arrogant behaviour, OR I just have to make the petition very simple including just the mandatory details and that she has left me since so many months without any reasonable cause. Respected Sir/Madam, I have suffered humiliation and depression since last 5 years but i still have a soft corner for my wife and 3 year old son who is with her. If i include all this, the RCR petition will look like a divorse petition. I hope i am clear enough to be understood. To make it more simple, i have a fear that if i include all the suffering points, every single point will be in the nature of accusation against my wife, however well drafted the petition may, believe me or not, and in that case my wife will backfire with all her might as she is under heavy ill influence of her mother. At the same time, i also have a doubt whether excluding all the actual happenings from the petition and making it in the simplest/humblest form might also go against me. Please guide me. Regards, Sandeep
