Won from Supreme Court but no possession availed

Honorable, I want your suggestion and Advise on next process for my below said Civil Case of Possession. I won a case of property ownership from Supreme Court of India on date 24-March-2014. Soon after that my advocate filed a suit for defendant’s ejection in Jr. Divn. Court, Garhshankar (Dist. Hoshiarpur, Punjab). Again a long argument on this took time of two and half years. Two times Baillef was sent by court but defendants (Two Male and Two Female) quarreled with them and returned him empty handed. Then Jr. Divn. Court asked Session Court in written for male and female POLICE HELP request. Session Court sent a request letter to Deputy Commissioner. Deputy Commissioner sent one Police Help request letter to Senior Superintendent of Police and one letter to Tehsildar, Garhshankar and allotted him Duty Magistrate. (On date 31-August-2016) But since then the Duty Magistrate hid the file/letter in his office and did nothing for next six months. But when I asked and surfaced the concealed file thru RTI Act. Application (Dated 28-Feb.2017) Tehsildar (Duty Magistrate) given me and police, the time to hand over me possession on 20-March-2017. On date [deleted]:00AM Tehsildar came on site with his officials but denied to take action by saying that I have not yet read the whole case so cannot proceed today and want to read whole case history before any action. Same day I supplied all the court cases history and related documents with indexed application to the office. But on 27-March-2017 Tehsildar’s reader said me on phone that the process cannot be completed because order has been expired six months ago and I have to bring new orders from court with new date, till then I have to wait dependently. Now kindly tell me what I should do myself regarding this. Is this the process genuine? What is the procedure I can take myself to solve my ending case as early as possible? My next Jr. Divn. Court hearing is on 21-April-2017 for as usual file waiting by Jr. Divn. Court, Garhshankar. (Note: I will not disclose our communication with anyone else on this earth as now I have to trust in any person or official around me.) Thanks. Maneesh Stija [deleted], [deleted]
