Need help in online bus booking misinformation

Hi, I booked KH Sai Travels, Hampi to Bangalore for Jan 29, 10.15 pm through via.com. At around 10 pm when I reached the so called pick spot 'GeePee Travels', I found out that the bus service had been discontinued about 15 days back. We were literally stranded with no cash, no bus and no help in a deserted street in Hospet. I booked the tickets online because obtaining cash was difficult those day and here I was, running helter-skelter, searching working ATMs because the local buses were asking for payment in cash. We had to come in the worst possible seats of a random bus service as everything else was booked. My friend had to catch an air costa flight to jaipur from bangalore the next morning. She managed to catch the flight on 30th January's morning ONLY because the AirCosta flight was delayed by 15-20 minutes otherwise she would have missed it. After reaching Bangalore, I helped my friend find a local cab (As Uber or Ola weren't really present near the spot we deboarded) to airport and had to pay Rs 2000 because I was left with no other option. There was no time at our hands and the cab driver en-cashed our helplessness. There was severe psychological strain that both my friend and I had to go through in this entire process. Although I asked for a reimbursement, via.com only re-imbursed my ticket charges. I want to find out what charges I could press against Via.com. Could someone please help me. Thank you in advance.
