Illegal Termination

Hi, I joined the pvt. ltd. organization on 02.03.2016 and promised was salary and equity with a vesting period of four years and cliff of one year. I was asked verbally on 15.11.2016 to resign which I refused. When I asked for reason they told me they have problem with my attitude. They told its not because of performance as they were happy with my performance. I asked about my equity(ESOP) and was given assurance I will be getting the equity even when I haven't completed cliff period. I was requested to co-operate. I told if I am getting the equity then only I will accept the termination. I asked several time to give it in writing that I will be getting the equity which they kept on delaying. On knowing this my team told me they will also leave the organisation as they can't terminate me without any reason. I am not allowed to attend office since 15.01.2017. Also they want me to sign a separation agreement which says we separated on 15.01.2016 with mutual consent. Also the document states I am not allowed to join a competitor (for 6 months) or start a competing business(for 1 year). Also I can't hire company employees for next 12 months. the same terms was present in my offer letter. I refused to sign it. (but I understand it will be termed as deemed acceptance as I joined the organisation) Recently they hired a law firm and flatly refused to give me the ESOPs. Saying I am not eligible as I haven't completed the cliff period. They sent me a separation/termination letter last week. I refused to sign any F&F or anything unless I receive my ESOP in writing. Today CEO emailed me saying Reg: Full and Final Settlement and mentioned "You Joined the Company on 02.03.2016, 2 months Notice was duly served by the Management of the Company to you on 15.11.2016" As I never resigned, nor I received any termination in email or writing. I believe my termination is illegal and I am still a employee of the organisation, but not allowed to attend office. I am going through lot of mental trauma and not able to go for interviews. Also My company is trying to pressurized me which is increasing my mental agony. Also what I understand is I can't be stopped from joining a competitor or start competitive business . As it is not enforceable in court of law. Can I refuse to sign any such things and avoid litigation in future. Can employees from my current organisation join me without fear of litigation. Do I need to respond to their email on separation agreement or email on F&F? If yes, how should I respond? I belong my a middle class family and they know I may not be able to afford court fees and lawyers. They want me to surrender to their pressure. They haven't paid any salaries to me (Dec. 2016 onwards). Its a mental harassment to me. I want to send a legal notice and get my equity. I also want to continue my job if possible. As well as I want to avoid any future litigation if I join a competitor or ask any of my colleagues to join me.
