Jose Abraham

Mr. Jose Abraham is an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India. He started his career by enrolling with the Bar council of Delhi in the year 2007, along with the legal practice in the district courts and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. Subsequently he extended his legal services through other high courts, various commissions and tribunals in India. He became the founder and CEO of the Law office of Jose Abraham Associates. After few years later he opened another independent office in Cochin and Dubai as well. He is the author of four books namely Indians and Emigration: Laws Concerns and Remedies (2016), Safe Emigration (2018), Right to Information: Key to open Democracy (2019) and Sexual Abuse of Children: A Guide for Caring Adults (2019), Minority Rights (2021) FCRA (2023) NGO Management (2024)

Presently, The Law office of Jose Abraham Associates deals with cases in the Supreme Court, various high courts, tribunals, commissions and district courts. It has grown up significantly and diversified its services into various areas of practice including litigation, arbitration and tax expertise. The Firm also works with several International Law Firms advising them and their clients on various aspects of Indian constitutional law.
