Balaji Iyer

Balaji is a lawyer qualified to practise in India. He is an alumnus of National Law University, Delhi. Balaji obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from Humboldt University of Berlin, specialising in International Dispute Resolution. He is also accredited as a Civil and Commercial Mediator by ADR Group, UK.
Balaji has appeared and argued before the High Courts of Bombay, Patna, Cochin, Karnataka and several lower judiciaries. He is experienced in arresting ships, trademark and patent litigation, insolvency litigation, and minor criminal litigation. He also has experience in pre-arbitral advisory work, petitions to the court for appointment of arbitrators, and as counsel in international commercial arbitrations, international investment arbitrations and Indian domestic arbitrations.
