Is this Act still in force in Gujarat, because I read somewhere that the Gujarat Govt. repealed this Act in 2005. If it is repealed, which law has to be observed by the erstwhile NTC corporations. If no, what are the rules & regulations which govern the operation of NTC? Where can I get a copy of the rules & regulations.Type your question here.I am a member of an NTC in Ahmedabad.
