• Overstay in UK affects US visa

Hi , . 

In 2007 My brother went to do higher studies in United Kingdom .. His visa expired . He applied for extension of visa.But got declined... But he continued on to stay in UK and worked without telling their employers..

 He was caught by Immigration of UK and deported to India based on 'OverStay' and 'Ilegal Work '..

It is been more than 3 years back . In india he Settled in Software field . He is looking to find a job and migrated to US... 

Will His overstay stamp in his passport during UK Visit affect his US Work Visa Process ??
