I am personally drafting a complaint/plaint in a Co-Op Court. How much buying a commentary on Code of Civil Procedure will be helpful? Does the citations appearing therein helpful in understanding what is permissible to ask to the Co-Op. Court? Does such citations/judgements of higher courts help in getting certain orders which the co-op may not be inclined to pass. Since the volumes of Code Of Civil Procedure have lot to be read, I am asking this question. If beneficial, I am willing to take the pain.
