A false case has been filed against me and my family. The lawyer has already put Anticipatory Bail Petition where my moms bail has been disposed. This is due to a false statement given by the false witness. Now my lawyer says that lets wait till he gets hands on this statement to file my and my moms application together. Is he doing the right thing? its already been 21 days since the FIR has been booked. What to do?
