you can stay up to expiry of Agreement i.e. 9th may but if you want to vacate premises at end of the month inform owner about vacating premises on such date by giving cause.
Rental agreement is expiring on 9th May, When I have to vacant
Hi Guys, I had rental agreement of 11 months, Which is going to expire on 9th May. Can i stay in the flat till end of month without renewing rental agreement and by just giving notice of one month (As in agreement). Please help. Regards Sourabh
