We 3 people have invested in a property in Gurgaon in Paras Square . The total cost of the property is 81.0 lacs . It's a CLP. I have paid my share of 20% 6,15260 /- the other person has just payed half the amount & he is not paying & we r getting notices from the builder for cancellation . Please advice
