Buying agriculture land - Do we need NOC from land owner sons !
I’m purchasing 2 acres of agriculture land and want to know some legal aspects of it.
The present land owner purchased this land from former land owner 12 Years back on plain paper. Now in 2011, he got paata and paasbook transferred to his name with the help of that sale paper. So far no issues.
Now the present land owner has 3 sons and sons aware of present sale deal between me and their father.
My query is, If I purchase this land from this land owner , do I need sons signature along with father. Will there be any chance of legal dispute if I miss sons signature.
