I have tried to register a domain through in.godaddy.com. They have shown that domain is available and collected 600+ rupees from me via online bank transfer and I got an Order confirmation message.
After that I got mail mentioning that the registration was unsuccessful and they will refund the amount.
When I check the domain through a whois service I see that the domain is registered by somebody else long back. So I believe that this is denial of offered service.
Can I place a case against GoDaddy in consumer court demanding either the domain or compensation(market price - it will come around $10000)?
