I have been working as Director sales & operations (Designated not on BOD) in a company where in my employers has terminated employment contract during probation period without paying my notice period salary of 3 months. Same has been mentioned on my appointment letter. Can i sue my employer for not paying my salary. if so, what is the procedure, time required for getting my dues & fees involved.Also please let me know expert lawyer in the same field who will get me my dues ASAP.
